A Software Program That Enables Reliabe Downloading and Uploading of Files on the Internet

i. Was it working fine before? If so, practise you retrieve making any contempo changes to the estimator prior to this issue?
ii. Does this happen when trying to download files from all the websites?
This issue might occur due to some third political party add-ons causing the issue. I would propose you to try the following methods.
Method 1: Bank check if the "downloads" are saved in "download" folder follow the steps:
a. Click the First push
b. Click on documents and then on left side click on downloads folder and cheque if the downloads are saved in the location
Method 2 : You lot may disable add together-ons and try downloading the files, post-obit the steps in the link:

I tried the suggestions provided and I had previously reset IE several times. This didn't help. The problem seemed to be with IE11 with Windows vii. When I switched to Chrome I was able to download. Still I had previously been able to download files with Windows 7 and IE11.

Hi Ray,
Your Net Explorer Security may have been modified to disallow downloads. Y'all simply demand to revert the changes you made to the settings.
Enable file download in Net Explorer eleven. a. Shut any Internet Explorer or Windows Explorer windows that are currently open. Hope this helps. Let united states know if you have whatsoever other issues with Windows in future.
b. Open Internet Explorer by clicking Starting time, so clicking Internet Explorer.
c. Click the Tools button, and and then click Cyberspace Options.
d. Click the Security tab, click on Net, and and then click the Custom level push.
eastward. Ringlet down to the Downloads category, and set File download to Enable.
f. Click OK, so click Yep.

I have tried all sets listed in this thread and still I am unable to download anything. Gives me the options to run save or cancel at the bottom of the browser, just I am unable to click anything nothing works.

Hullo, I would suggest you to check if the issue persists in no add-ons way. Manage add-ons in Internet Explorer Promise this helps. Let us know the update afterwards you lot effort the in a higher place steps.

IE11 does not permit for downloads to run. I have no add together-ons enabled. Downloads are immune.
When downloading from Microsoft, e.g. a KB update, the file goes through the download process and and so says, "This file couldn't be downloaded." Clicking on "Retry" gets the same bulletin again.
Chrome is able to download and run any update.
I have tried using numerous tools from Microsoft Fix it. Still cannot download files using IE11.

i'm having the same problem in IE11 on Windows 10
Save As dialog pops up, hit Salve...another Save As dialog pops up, this repeats until I surrender and use chrome
only started this forenoon, I to have no addons installed; I actually do non want to reset IE, I don't desire to have to dig up the numerous passwords I accept, once again...

Same trouble here. Using Chrome everything works fine in social club to download. I cannot employ IE or "edge" for downloads....nothing happens and all settings appear ok. Problem persisted through a Windows 10 upgrade from Win 7.,,was hoping it would set the result.

I was able to create a USB media install of Windows 10 from a different figurer and ran the upgrade to Windows x. My problem is gone.

How-do-you-do, this problem occures when the Intel Matrix Storage Commuter v. 8.9.0.1023 is installed. Reversing to Native Windows 7 Driver solves information technology. Regards
